I am very pleased with the interior and cover of the book as well. Our only disagreement beyond the need for DE is really just the costs cited. The term monograph persists as a description of the kind of book published by a scholarly press. There’s only what’s right or best for you. You know the marketing message that drove them. But I'd have to pay the upfront fee to buy the books and then I'd have to figure out a way to sell them (this is how vanity presses used to work -- you had to agree to buy a few thousand books).
